When you install My Video Downloader HD, a folder called "My Video Downloader" will be created in "My Documents". In this folder are 2 other folders Downloaded Videos and Converted Videos. The download folder contains the flv files and the convert folder contains all the converted files.

If you would like to have files downloaded and converted to different folders, this can be changed in the "Settings" section of My Video Downloader HD.
