When you buy a license for My Video Downloader, you have full protection. Refunds are available within 30 days of the product purchase.
Once we receive a refund request, we will attempt to resolve the dispute with you.
If you are still not satisfied with the dispute resolution, Plimus (our license distributor) will promptly issue your refund as follows:
for credit card payments, we will issue a credit to the same card; for all other payment methods, Plimus will send you a corporate check.
Your License Key will then be deactivated and use of the product will no longer work.
